Just CX Home Management offers peace of mind for the absentee homeowner, with regular checks on your home, pool and garden followed by detailed reports after each of our visits. These checks ensure that there are no security or maintenance issues which need attending to.Before your vacation begins, we make sure that your home is in perfect condition for you and your guests. Upon arrival, you´ll find the lawn freshly mowed, the pool sparkling, the windows clean, the house spotless, and all the beds made up with fresh linen.
We'll even charge your car battery, change light bulbs, collect your boat from storage, and fill your grocery cupboard and fridge with food! When it comes to the garden, apart from mowing the lawn, we'll prune your roses, plant new plants, top-dress your lawn and fertilize your flower beds.
For the duration of your holiday we are on standby for any emergencies, and when you leave, you can rest assured that our cleaning team will have your home back in order in no time, with all the laundry done and a full inventory completed.
If there is any work on a larger scale that you wish to be done in your absence, we will manage the project for you and coordinate the timeous completion of the contract, ensuring that you receive regular progress reports on the work being done. This could be anything from alterations and renovations to painting, kitchen and pool installations or sound installations.
As the key holder to your home, we are on standby if your house alarm is set off and the security company needs to gain access to your home. We will be there to open up for them and lock up when they leave.
In order to be as cost effective as possible, we don´t charge a set monthly retainer for our services, but rather a cost per service provided, so that our clients only pay for work done. Feel free to ask us to quote on any job, no matter how small!
